Thrive with Bill 148


Bill 148 has passed, meaning that the minimum wage will increase to $14 per hour on January 1, 2018.  

In addition, the new legislation means that employers will also need to look at their vacation and leave policies, employment contracts and payroll calculations to make sure these comply with the new employment standards.
