Client Spotlight - Two Rivers Health
By Crystal Wilson
Nestled just outside of Guelph’s parking impaired downtown sits an absolute gem of a wellness clinic. The free parking is just the tip of the awesomeness-iceberg that is this unique space in our city. Walking up the grand porch and through the doors of the beautiful brick building transports you into a curated clinic space that feels 0% clinical and 100% comfort and beauty. Each and every detail pertaining to your visual and energetic experience inside the clinic walls has been specifically selected by the clinic owner, and Fempowered™ business leader, Elizabeth Cherevaty, ND. The feeling of sinking into a calm, safe, healing space is a result of the carefully cultivated team of practitioners who make this place their clinical home base.
Two Rivers Health has an incredible complement of health and wellness practitioners providing services including osteopathy, chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, doula services, NLP, counselling, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, speech therapy, and specialized fertility care. The clinic and its practitioners are year over year recipients of local community nominated awards, and the collaborative supportive attitude that they all approach their work together with is easily felt by their many shared patients and clients.
Dr. Cherevaty decided to bring this clinic to life in 2016, and after a lot of work and waiting, it has been delivered. Serving patients worldwide, there is a special focus on women’s and children’s wellness, as well as fertility and prenatal care, though the clinic’s services are available and relevant to men and women at all life stages.
Dr. Cherevaty’s years of focus on fertility and the feminine has led her, most recently, to create a program focussed on a different type of birth - the birth of feminine leaders. Her Fempowered™ coaching program and Facebook community are designed to allow women who feel drawn to leadership, whether in their personal life or in business, to lean into the feminine qualities which support leadership and feel less requirement to adhere to the standard masculine characteristics associated with leadership. The program has seen some great success, and the Facebook community is a breeding ground for encouragement, challenges, and support.
